The company was founded in June 2021. It was established with the vision of the shareholders to provide superior lodging experiences to the visitors and dwellers of Newcastle. Newcastle is an ever-expanding town, soon to be city. With this in mind the shareholders saw it necessary to provide accommodation that is both affordable and of a high standard. In our year/s of operation, we have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from guests who have lodged with us. Our service motto is: Above and Beyond. This is to show the level of detail and dedication we have put in towards our guests enjoying their stays with us

Our Services

SHORT-TERM ACCOMMODATION

This is accommodation ranging from 1-30 days This is usually guests seeking leisure i.e. shot left trips (golf tournaments at the Newcastle Golf Club) | Guests attending weddings, funerals and other such events | Professionals attending conferences, requiring them to be in Newcastle for 1-30 days | Travelling guests who seek overnight accommodation, carry on with their journey further the following day or two| Romantic/leisurely outings

LONG-TERM ACCOMMODATION

This is accommodation ranging from 1-24 months | This is for guests seeking comfortable, clean accommodation while undertaking business-related tasks that require to be in Newcastle for more than a month | Examples include Contract employees in construction, law, accounting, artisans and engineers working at Arcelor Mittal etc.

CONFERENCE VENUE

This venue is fitted with all the required amenities. These include; speakers, microphone, display screens, projectors | The venue can accommodate around 40 people.

ENTERTAINMENT

Lounge | There are two lounging areas | Braai area with a mounted braai stand. There is a lounge area built surrounding a fire pit, that can accommodate 10 people | Indoor lounge area. This area has lounging couches, that can fit 8 people. The lounge is fitted with surround sound and flat screen TV set.

HOUSEKEEPING

The guesthouse has a caretaker who ensure the yard is always clean | Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis from 10am till 1pm | Laundry services are provided at R100 per load for a wash and iron package | Iron is available upon request
